The blog id does not exist!

When creating an article or blog with Veda, Shopify requires you to first create a blog at your Store.

This error may occur because there is no blog or you had previously created a blog but then deleted it. To fix this issue, please create a new Blog at your Store, and then assign that blog to your article template.

Unmatched JWT token

This error occurs because the token has expired. Each time you log in to Veda, a code is generated, and this code is valid for one day. We advise you to re-login to Veda each time you start a new work session to avoid this error.

The theme id [deleted_theme_id] is no longer available

This error has occurred because you have deleted the theme that was previously assigned to Veda. Please reassign a new theme to Veda to fix this issue. There are two locations where you can reassign the theme to Veda: You can do this within the Veda Editor or from the Veda Dashboard.

Cannot read properties of undefined (reading format)

To maximize performance, Veda updates data cache into the browser.

When Veda releases a new version, your account might still be using the cached version.

To fix this error, please follow the steps below to clear the cache.

Clear browser cache

Step 1: Log into Veda Builder

Step 2: Press the right button on your mouse, then select Inspect

Step 3: Navigate to the Network tab, then check on Disable cache. Next, click on the refresh button to reload your site, and then you can close the Inspect tab.

By this way, you will clear cache from your browser

Update Page Data

Step 1: Click on Shopify Icon on the page that’s having this issue

Step 2: A popup appears, click on the Ok button

Step 3: Press on Update All button on both Sections and Addons

Step 4: Re-publish this page again
