Missing Header and Footer

Cause

The root cause of this problem is selecting the option to build the header and footer with Veda Builder, but not completing the building process for these elements. As a result, since the header and footer are not yet constructed, they do not appear on the page.

Solution

There are 2 solutions to resolve this issue:

Solution 1: Re-enable Theme Header Footer

To resolve this issue, follow these steps:

1. Log into Veda Builder
2. Edit the page that’s missing the Header and Footer
3. Click on Settings icon
4. Locate the option for Enable Shopify Theme Header & Footer and ensure that it is ticked (checked).
5. After enabling this option, make sure to Publish the changes.

Solution 2: Build Your Header and Footer with Veda

Alternatively, you can proceed to build and customize your Header and Footer directly within Veda Builder to tailor these elements to your specific needs and preferences.
